THE STORES OF NOT TO BE
My new single, "The Stores Of Not To Be" is out today as part of the House VS Home singles club. The b-side is a new recording of "Only A Robot", it's got a rather GORGEOUS cover, and you can name your price for it right now and right HERE:

DINOSAUR PLANET
This month I was astonished to discover that The Theory Of A Dinosaur Planet has been proposed in MAINSTREAM SCIENCE. You can read all about it HERE:

Meanwhile the recent episode of "The Garden Of Earthly Delights", featuring me in session doing a PILE of Dinosaur Planet songs, is now online HERE:

Coming next month: an effects-laden BLOCKBUSTER of a video for "The Battle Of Peterborough"!
TOTALLY ACOUSTIC
Our next show is on Thursday 10th May with my recent tour buddies Gavin Osborn and Frankie Machine. As ever it's at The King & Queen, with me onstage at 7.30pm, and you can catch up with ALL the recent shows (including last month's, with Chris T-T and Benjamin Shaw) on the podcasts, HERE:

IN OTHER NEWS
I've done a couple of interviews lately, firstly a wide-ranging discourse on vitally important matters for Mr Pete Baran's Lost Property Office show, which you can listen to HERE:
http://freakytrigger.co.uk/lost-property-podcast/2012/04/the-lost-property-office-5-five-do-nothing/
Then last Friday I had a chat with Mr Bob Fischer about Dinosaur Planet on his BBC Tees show, which you should be able to listen to (about an hour and ten minutes in) for the next four days, HERE:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00qq7bc
I've also written an article about my key-shaped bottle opener, for a new series on Keep Pop Loud called, rather marvellously, "Tell Me Something You Do Like". You can read it HERE:

And finally, here's another cover version gleaned from the Validators Covers Album that I'm very gradually putting together for possible release next year. This is our version of "House Of Fun" which we recorded for a French tribute album to Madness but which - ZUT ALORS! - was rejected in favour of a version that sounded pretty much exactly the same as the original. C'est le vie, n'est pas?

And I think that's MORE than enough excitement for one month - thanks for listening, and see you next time!
Cheers,
Mark
