DINOSAUR PLANET
After all those previews Steve and I are off to Edinburgh next month for the Fringe. We're on at the GRV every day from August 5th to 14th at noon - it'd be lovely to get some audience, so do pop in if you're there! Tickets for these and all shows are HERE:
http://www.dinosaurplanet.co.uk
We're also doing two nights at The Camden Fringe, August 21st and 22nd, and then we'll hopefully be playing in Manchester at Christmas and Leicester next February. If anyone fancies booking some DINOSAUR ACTION, please get in touch!
BANDCAMP
I've just added "This Is Not A Library" to our bandcamp site http://mjhibbett.bandcamp.com , so you can now stream songs like "Easily Impressed", "Things'll Be Different", "You Will Be Hearing From My Solicitor" and, as they say on the telly, many, many more, should the need take you.
Now we've got three albums' worth of songs up there (the others being "WE VALIDATE!" and "Regardez Ecoutez et Repetez") , I've updated our main website to allow streaming of individual songs. Here's an example of one:

Pretty cool, i reckon! Next month I'll be adding "Say It With Words" then "Warriors Of Nanpantan" and then, after that...
THE FOREST MOON OF ENDERBY
This went off to the manufacturer last week so should, fingers crossed, be on sale at Indietracks and then available to buy elsewhere some time in October. It's got twelve songs by The Validators on the main album and then TWENTY THREE others mostly by me solo on the multimedia, including a TON of unreleased and INCREDIBLY obscure (even for me!) songs! Also, Tim has done a brilliant job on the cover, it looks GORGEOUS!
DINOSAUR PLANET: THE ALBUM
It's been all about the STRINGS this month, with Tom doing MULTIPLE sessions. July will hopefully see us adding the final Dialogue Sections and then, once I've recovered from Edinburgh, we'll be into MIXING. This may take some time.
OTHER THINGS
Congratulations are due to Mr and Mrs FA Machine, who increased our audience by ONE with the arrival of Evan Stanley Machine this month. Well done team!
Congratulations are ALSO due to Mr and Mrs Sturdy, whose WEDDING I played at in Harrogate a couple of weeks ago. It was a lovely day, a FAB wedding and OOH, isn't Harrogate POSH?
My interview with Shift Run Stop is now online at http://shiftrunstop.co.uk/ - there's a LOT of me gabbing on, but also half decent versions of "Hey Hey 16K" and "A Little Bit". Also: snack reviews!
Finally, LOTS of additions to the webpage this month - the gallery (http://www.mjhibbett.co.uk/gallery/) and the videos section (http://www.mjhibbett.co.uk/gallery/videos.php) have been MASSIVELY updated and, as stated previously, you can now STREAM individual songs for most albums. It's very exciting!
And that's about your lot for this time - enjoy the weather while it lasts, and see you next time!
Cheers,
Mark
