GIG ONE THOUSAND
My official ONE THOUSANDTH gig is taking place on Thursday 2 February 2023 at The King & Queen! It'll start around 7.30pm with me doing a short set before being joined by Steve for some Songs From The Shows, then in the second half there'll be an acoustical set with The Validators. We should be all done by 9.30pm for DRINKS! I'm now NOT going to livestream but WILL be recording it for later listening/viewing instead. It is, I think, going to be GRATE!
I THINK I DID OK
As part of the general GIG ONE THOUSAND festivities I've released "I Think I Did OK" as a single on Spotify and so forth, with a POP VIDEO that you can see HERE:

STATS
Regular blog readers will have seen that I've been doing some STATS about the thousand gigs, including venues, people played with and lots more. It all starts with some explanations HERE:

Fans of qualitative analyses can also read an in-depth examination of 2.2% of the gigs HERE:

MORE VIDEOS
The campaign to release a video for every song from "The Unearthly Beauty Of MJ Hibbett" is up and running again, with "The House On The Borderland" scheduled to be the next to be UNLEASHED on Monday 13 February. As ever, subscribe to my YouTube channel to get alerts when they come out!
AND FINALLY
My one thousandth gig is not going to be my last - there's a couple of shows yet to be announced, but I'm always open to PROPOSITIONS for FUN GIGS. If you want to put me on, let me know!
And that's the lot for this time - thanks for listening!
Cheers,
Mark
