HAVE A DRINK WITH US
This year's Christmas song 'Have A Drink With Us (Drink Doche Eine Met)' seems to have gone down very well, not least with the original performers Bläck Fööss, who have posted our video on their Facebook page, HERE:

If you'd like to buy a copy of the song, or the whole 'Christmas Selection Box' album, you can find all the details HERE:

THE PLINTHS
The first release from John Dredge & The Plinths is out next month, on Monday 29 January. It's called 'The Emergency E.P.' and it features four brand new songs written by me and John. You can bet there'll be more information about this next month!
SECRET PROJECT
I was hoping to be able to tell you about next year's Secret Project in this newsletter, but unfortunately I was poorly a couple of weeks ago and had to postpone the Secret Project Secret Meeting. We've rescheduled for January, so hopefully I'll be able to tell you next time - it'll be worth the wait!
AND FINALLY
I wrote a short piece for Velvet Sheep fanzine about my favourite Christmas album, 'Christmas In The Heart' by Mr B Dylan, which you can read HERE:

The other week I received an email from Glasgow band The Bucks, pointing me in the direction of their cover version of 'It Only Works Because You're Here'. It's rather lovely, as you can see for yourself HERE:

And I think that's about enough for this month, and indeed for this year - have a lovely Christmas and see you in 2018!
Cheers,
Mark
