I had a BRILLIANT night last night. I went out for a drink with the Love Of My Life. BRILLIANT! We went to see a JOHN OTWAY! FANTASTIC! At a BEER FESTIVAL - I HAVE DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN!

It was the first time I'd seen him since The Hit, and was thus amazed to hear NEW JOKES! and DIFFERENT SONGS! I've been going to see him for nearly 15 years, so it was all a bit much to take really, but it was BEAUTIFUL. When he did "Geneva" the song took on a whole new meaning, especially "when I walk across the stage to the applause", and the whole room ERUPTED. And towards the end he came out and just thanked everyone for The Hit, I know Other Performers thank The Fans, but good lord this time it really MEANT something.

We love you Otway, we do.
